Arewa Harvest - Return Policy

At Arewa Harvest, we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products to our clients worldwide. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding product returns and refunds.

1. Non-Returnable Products

• Advance Payment Orders: We do not accept returns for products where only half payments were made before the shipment. Once these products are shipped, they are considered final sale.
• Agreed Quality Products: We do not accept returns of products after the client or their representatives have signed the "Agree with Quality" document, acknowledging that the products meet the agreed quality standards.

2. Conditions for Return

• Damaged or Used Products: We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged or used after delivery. All products must be in their original condition to be eligible for any return considerations.
• Partial Refund Claims: In case of dissatisfaction with the products, clients can only claim a partial refund if it is determined that Arewa Harvest did not fulfill a specific part of our agreement. This is the sole exception where returns may be accepted.

3. Partial Refund Process

• Filing a Claim: Clients must submit a written claim detailing the specific issues and how they believe Arewa Harvest did not meet the agreement terms. Claims should be made within 7 days of product receipt.
• Review and Assessment: Arewa Harvest will review the claim and assess whether there has been a breach of agreement. This process may involve inspecting the returned products if deemed necessary.
• Resolution: If Arewa Harvest acknowledges the claim, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the agreement not fulfilled. The amount of the refund will be determined at our discretion.
